Welcome
Visa for Students
Here you will find information on the documents to be submitted for a visa application to study in Germany.
General Information
The official website of the Federal Government of Germany Make it in Germany contains a lot of helpful information about working and living in Germany.
Foreign students who have been admitted by a German university (possibly with a preparatory language course) or have been accepted by a preparatory college can apply for a visa to study in Germany. It is advisable to apply for admission or acceptance by the university as early as possible.
We highly recommend to book an appointment (this can be done for a day in the future) as soon as you know you intend to move to Germany for your studies. Bad planning on your side does not cause an emergency on our side – no special appointments will be provided.
During your studies, you can earn a living by working part-time as a student (either 120 full days or 240 half days per year).
After completing your studies, you have the opportunity to look for a job.
